Established in 1979, the Heritage Point HOA represents 128 homeowners.
Heritage Point is managed by Sentry. Homeowners can log into their Sentry portal for information and to make a payment.
Heritage Point is located between Creedmoor Rd, Strickland Rd, and I-540 in Wake County, North Carolina.
All homeowners in good standing with the HOA may access Heritage Point amenities. Amenities are accessible via fob. Two fobs will be provided free of charge to all homeowners. Lost fobs can be replaced for a fee.

The pool is open during the summer months from 8am to 8pm. Opening and closing dates will be announced by the HOA board.
